The workouts are different everyday and a coach is always present to help guide you through the workout. Champion Fitness is a program specifically designed for and tailored to athletes over 55 years of age. While this program derives its components from CrossFit, the intensity level is less than that of our group CrossFit classes. Each Champion Fitness class consists of basic CrossFit elements and also movements designed specifically to help improve posture, coordination, and balance. Athletes in the Champion Fitness program are sure to see improvements in their overall health, get a great workout in, and meet new friends!
