New to CrossFit? Sign up here to set up your No Sweat Intro. You’ll meet with a coach to talk about your fitness goals and then have the opportunity to try ONE of our 60 minute or 30 minute long group classes. After your workout, we will provide our program recommendation according to your individual fitness level and goals. Plan to hang out with us for about 90 minutes!
