Time to put your training to the test

Nice focus and determination as Leslie pushes hard while carrying a heavy BB overhead

You’ve been working on your skills with anticipation of tomorrow.  A little sweat, some blood, a lot of hard work… all in all, you have been preparing each and every day, every workout, as if that is your very own competition.  With tomorrow being a gym wide competition as our very first Gator CrossFit Games takes place, this is a great chance for you to display all the hard work you have been putting in.  There are great examples of athletes working on some skills such as the rope climb before every workout.  Some take extra time to work on double unders.  Others try to perfect their skills on Olympic lifts with anticipation of a heavy workout.

It’s great to see the focus and constant drive to better yourself.  No matter if we had an event tomorrow or not, this type of hard work is exactly the way you need to be training each and every time in the gym.

Come ready to work hard and have some fun with many of your fellow Gator CrossFit members.  Invite friends and family to come and cheer you on as you show off all that you do.
