What is CrossFit?
By definition, CrossFit is “constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.” Our CrossFit classes consist of barbell movements, gymnastics movements, and aerobic and anaerobic movements such as running, rowing, and jumping rope. The workouts are different every day and predetermined, relieving the stress some athletes experience from having to decide what to do when they get to the gym. Our coaches will lead you and no more than 11 other athletes through the class, providing technical and encouraging feedback throughout the workout. We wholeheartedly believe that CrossFit is the best way to get you in the best shape of your life!
