Olympic Lifting

Do you like lifting heavy things and putting them back down? Our Olympic Lifting class might be the perfect fit for you! Led by our weightlifting expert and guru, Chris Johnson, our Olympic Lifting class is the perfect place to work on your technique for squats, presses, and olympic lifts while also getting stronger. Classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:15 am and 6:00 pm.
