What are Foundations?

Learn all the CrossFit movements with the benefit of a Personal and Private training session!

Foundations are essential and required prior to starting your Group Fitness classes at Gator CrossFit.   These are 6 private training sessions that teach you everything you need to know in order to reach your fitness goals and be successful in our Group Classes.  We will cover every single CrossFit exercise with a systematic approach.  These are scheduled on YOUR time.  Get started on your own or with a friend.  You will learn:

*  All the bodyweight movements

*  Power lifts (deadlifts, squats, presses)

*  Olympic lifts (cleans, clean and jerks, snatches)

*  Gymnastic movements (handstands, pullups both strict and kipping, rope climbs, etc)

*  Plyometrics (for power and speed)

*  Cardiovascular exercises

Each one of these sessions builds upon the previous one to ensure you understand each exercise and how to execute it properly time and time again.  We want you to feel confident in what you are doing.

The foundation sessions are for 6 sessions and cost $249.
