At Gator CrossFit, we take pride in every client that comes through our doors. We look at training as a way to improve your health though physical, emotion and mental means. We have a large amount of one on one clients that range anywhere from the 76 year old man down to the Soon to be College football player. Here at Gator CrossFit, we will tailor design a training program that fits you.
There are many benefits to one-on-one personal training:
* Comprehensive postural/movement/CORE assessment and evaluation. This is an in-depth fitness evaluation that looks at everything from the way your feet touch the ground to your hip alignment. This is given to you FREE!
* A complete analysis and corrective exercise program. This includes specific postural exercise, corrective exercise to help fix inbalances within the body. We will also design a specific stretching program to help get the body back in balance. This part of the training program is needed for those that need it based off of what we find in the evaluation.
* Individual instruction each session
* Program can be designed for YOUR specific goals and needs in mind
* Massage therapy can be used in each session or used as a session. They are YOUR sessions, you can do what you want with them.
* Assisted stretching can be used in each session if needed
