* Thanks for your interest in CrossFit. Here at Gator CrossFit, we strive to provide every one of you with an exciting and unique training environment. Our group classes typically have between 4-10 people in each class. Sometimes they are smaller depending on the time of the day, other times they stretch to 12-15 people on a Saturday class.
* All our workouts can and will be scaled back based on each person's ability level. The workouts done as prescribed are hard and can be modified.
* Your first FREE workout is a personal workout just for YOU. This is an initial consultation to see if we are a fit for you and vice versa. This session will include a CrossFit style workout.
* We now have our Online Scheduler, MindbodyOnline, which can be used to book sessions, check your profile, visit history, pay for sessions and much more.
* Our class times are based on our client availability at this time. We are aware that people need other times, we are able to open up a new class time to accomodate YOUR schedule.
* Please check our Mindbodyonline scheduler for class times. We are adding new times as new clients sign up. Please inquire about alternative times not shown on the website.
* Please be on time for session, other people's schedule dictate that we start on time
* Classes are by appointment so please use online scheduler to ensure place in class
* If you are a local sports club, team, or any other large group of 10 or more, please inquire about special group pricing
Fundamentals - why we do them!
Many people ask, why do we require everyone that starts with us do the Fundamentals. Well, they are exactly what they say, it will teach you every single CrossFit movement that we do here. From the Air squats to the clean and jerks all the way to the handstand pushups. This is YOUR beginning point! These are your fundamentals to CrossFit:
* Learn everything from the beginning and build, practice and improve upon during your training
* We use these as 5 personal training sessions (we incorporate an evaluation into the fundamentals)
* We will assess your CORE strength and prescribe needed exercises to condition properly
* We will do a full postural/movement/flexibility assessment and prescribe needed stretching based off of evaluation
* This allows us to spend one on one time with you in the beginning of YOUR training, to better understand your fitness levels and for YOU to get individual coaching at HALF the normal cost of 5 training sessions
* We structure the sessions on an individual basis, teaching all the lifts and movements in a timely manner, increasing resistance and weight so that YOU can have a better gauge on where you stand once you start the workouts in the group settings

Crossfit Orientation (required) - $135 for 5 sessions (required). see above for more details! We will include an initial nutrition consultation to the Fundamentals to get you started on the right path.
* Nutrition services - 3 sessions for $99 (includes trip to grocery store and nutrition questionnaires, etc.) For those that need more specifics in regards to their nutrition. Mandi is a certified Nutritionist and has a degree in nutrition from the University of Florida.
