Sometimes we do things that make us feel like a kid again... I'm not saying that doing Hand-Stand Pushups during a CrossFit workout is just what kids do, but hanging out upside down sure does. It may be my observation, but it seems like we as adults need to smile more, laugh a little louder, jump through that puddle of water and hang out upside down once in awhile. We have every right to enjoy this life and feel good at what we are doing. Stress is what we make it out to be. When was the last time you saw a kid that was stressed? My nephews are always playing and laughing, jumping through those puddles. Feel good, do the things that make you feel good. Being in top physical shape is essential in that department. Training at Gator CrossFit will make you feel young again.
