Every new client receives information and a FREE consultation with Mandi, our nutritionist, graduate from the University of Florida in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a specialization in Dietetics. You will learn how to eat for performance, health, and RESULTS. She will help you understand why your body responds better to certain foods than others and implement what is best for YOU.
Gator CrossFit has a well-rounded approach to your health, fitness and nutrition. Along with many other CrossFit Affiliates throughout the country, we also encourage members to follow the Paleo Diet because it gets nothing short of RESULTS.

With every good plan comes a good coach to guide you along the way. Here at Gator CrossFit, we offer a multitude of Nutrition Services and Coaching that will benefit you.
Every new member at our facility receives one 30 minute nutrition consultation with Mandi as part of their foundations. If you are in need of nutrition counseling separate of our fitness training program, we offer additional Nutrition Consulting to help you finally attain those results. There is no dieting, and no meal plans. Mandi’s philosophy is to provide you with the tools necessary so you obtain the skill of preparing healthy, paleo friendly meals for LIFE!
