WHY THE BARBELL WOD?

MIX UP YOUR METCONS, STRUCTURE YOUR STRENGTH
Barbell WOD is a 3x/week weightlifting program designed to work in conjunction with your daily metcons and workouts. Gator CrossFit is an official Barbell WOD Chapter and athletes that participate in our Barbell WOD classes will be following the same weightlifting programming as CrossFit Games and Regionals athletes Noah Ohlsen, Collen Fotsch, and many more. All Barbell WOD workouts can be completed in one hour. We currently offer Barbell WOD on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:00 p.m.
