Champion Fitness

Champion Fitness is a program specifically designed for and tailored to athletes over 45 years of age. While this program derives its components from CrossFit, the intensity level is less than that of our group CrossFit classes. Each Champion Fitness class consists of CrossFit elements such as squats, kettlebell swings, wall balls, and also consists of movements designed specifically to help improve posture, coordination, and balance. Athletes in the Champion Fitness program are sure to see improvements in their overall health, get a great workout in, and meet new friends!
