Congratulations to Andrea Rosenberg for being nominated as our January Athlete of the Month. You have been here just about 1 year and the progress you have made is outstanding. Staying consistent with your training has been one of your best attributes. Just last week during CrossFit Total, you PR’ed in every lift, that shows your commitment to your health and fitness. Keep up the great work and make 2012 even better than last year. You are a pleasure to have as a member in the gym.
