Paleo Beef Chili Ingredients: 2lbs grass-fed ground beef 1 Tbsp. tallow, rendered beef fat, grass-fed butter or coconut oil 2 pablano chili pepper, diced 2 green peppers, diced 1 pint mushrooms, diced 2 medium yellow onions, diced 6 garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbsp. ancho chili powder or 1 whole dried chili pepper of your choice (ancho, new mexico chili), ground up in a spice grinder 2 Tbsp. cumin powder 1 Tbsp. salt 1 Tbsp.
