Up until now, if you wanted to join the Gator Ramp – Intro to CrossFit classes, you had to start at the very beginning. Well, we have changed a few things to better prepare each new person for the rigors of CrossFit.
Here’s how it works:
1) Attend a Saturday Orientation scheduled every other week
2) Instantly jump into a Gator Ramp Beginner’s class at any point
3) You can stay as long as you like in the beginner’s classes, no rush

* Also, if you are a current member and would like to take a Lower Intensity approach to any workout, you are welcome to attend any Gator Ramp class schedule.
We will be adding more Gator Ramp classes to the schedule as the demand arises.
